Terms of Service
Terms for using Vidily to analyze public product pages and generate SaaS explainer videos.
Last updated: 2026-07-12
These Terms govern your use of Vidily. By creating an account, submitting a project, or purchasing an Export Credit, you agree to them. If you use Vidily for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The service
Vidily analyzes public SaaS pages and user-provided brand inputs, creates an editable five-scene storyboard, and can render a 30-45 second product video with screenshots, voiceover, captions, and automated quality checks. The MVP does not log in to private products, operate user accounts, create interactive tours, or guarantee any marketing result.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Your inputs and rights
You retain rights in URLs, text, logos, screenshots, and other material you submit. You grant Vidily a limited, worldwide license to fetch, copy, transform, store, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit each URL and asset and to create and publish the requested video. Public availability does not by itself grant intellectual-property rights. Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person or organization.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. Third-party trademarks, fonts, media, and source-page content remain subject to their respective rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vidily to:
- violate law, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
- impersonate, defame, deceive, harass, exploit, or facilitate fraud;
- create malware, spam, prohibited sexual content, or content that meaningfully enables physical harm;
- probe private networks, submit localhost or internal addresses, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service;
- upload credentials, secrets, unlawfully obtained personal data, or material you are not authorized to process;
- resell access to Vidily itself, circumvent plan limits, or automate abusive request volumes; or
- misrepresent generated or edited claims as independently verified facts.
We may refuse, remove, or suspend projects that create legal, security, provider-policy, or operational risk.
Storyboards and generated output
AI-assisted extraction, writing, and speech can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing every claim, caption, pronunciation, screenshot, and legal disclosure before publication. A passed media QA report checks technical properties such as video readability, black frames, silence, and encoding; it does not verify the truth, legality, or effectiveness of marketing claims.
Export Credits, subscriptions, and billing
Creating and editing a storyboard is free unless stated otherwise. A final render reserves one Export Credit. If Vidily marks an internal render as failed before delivery, the reserved credit is restored. A successfully delivered export consumes the credit even if you later decide not to publish it.
One-time credits and subscription credits may have the validity period displayed at purchase. Subscription allowances renew according to the selected plan and do not necessarily roll over. Prices exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Payment processing is handled by the enabled payment provider.
Except where law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable after an Export Credit has produced a downloadable output. Duplicate charges, service-side billing errors, or outputs that cannot be downloaded because of a confirmed Vidily failure should be reported to support@vidily.ai within 14 days.
You may cancel a subscription through billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund the current period.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Rendering may be delayed by queues or third-party providers. We may modify features, limits, providers, or prices. We will provide reasonable notice before a material change to an active paid plan when practicable.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Vidily at any time. We may limit or terminate access for breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or conduct that threatens users or providers. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidily is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or marketing performance. Vidily is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or third-party claims arising from your inputs or publication choices. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date and, for material changes, providing an appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
